Z GrillsReviews of zgrills.com

Great sales team. Prompt shipment

Had an issue with my WiFi control board, not connecting and after going through troubleshooting steps they decided to just send me a new control board without hesitation. Great customer service!

I really like my ZGrill, it does everything I expected to do with it, smoke meats. mac and cheese, au gratin potatoes, etc. Wonderful at grilling steaks, chops, chicken, and fish, ZGrill is great baking pizza, bread, casserole dishes, etc. I just made (smoked) 12 lbs of pork belly in to bacon, came out awesome. ZGrill is responsive to any question I have sent and provided excellent advice. I highly recommend ZGRILL.

Latest purchase replaces one that still functions and works very well at six years old however with the Black Friday sale and the buy one get 10 free seems like a good time to replace it. The original grill will go to my son and I’m sure carry on for several more years.

I love how it is so easy to smoke a great piece of meat.

I was so undecided about buying a Z Grill. I am so glad that I did! My husband was upset however now he is glad that I did also! If you are unsure go ahead and get it you will not be disappointed! I did the mystery grill and got a small one just wished I had gotten a larger one. But I still am happy I just have to buy a bigger one later! So go ahead and order the larger grill to start with.

I bought a 7002e smoker off of Amazon back in October for Prime days. I have cooked on it every weekend since, and also smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving. I love the smoker. Pros: ease of use. Versatility. Cons: The only con is some of the options you have to buy and install separate, such as the front shelf or the thermal blanket cover. Also, I think the front shelf needs to about 6 inches longer, to help support heavier items. On Thanksgiving, I almost lost the turkey. It was a big bird, and as I was putting it on a pan, he started to flip and slide off the pan. Luckily I caught it before it hit slid all the way off, and on the ground.

It works great - is reliable - and smokes really well. It heats up faster than my Green Mountain and Traeger did.
