We are excited about the pellet grill…
We are excited about the pellet grill and getting an upgraded grill every 5 years, that can be passed down to an heir. The season and weather has not allowed me to start it up, but I put it together and completed the installation.

WE love our fire Z grill we bought 3 -4…
WE love our fire Z grill we bought 3 -4 years ago, finally had to replace it , pellets kept jamming and popping our outlet, ordered the mystery box, was disappointed in that , we should have just bought the one we wanted, and not took the gamble. Love our z grills

I got a flagship 700D3 and it is well…
I got a flagship 700D3 and it is well constructed holds the tempature great went togather fairly easy the only problem that I had is the Fed Ex delivery they use kept lying to me about the delivery but Z Grills tried to help and get it to me cooked pork chops and hamburgers aand cooking beef short ribs with it and am loving my first ever pellet grill

10502B in KY
Will have to give them credit for not wasting space for shipping. My10502B was packed so well it took longer unpacking than it did to assemble. Definitely ordering the thermal blanket, because the only thing I don't like is the amount of pellet it uses to run overnight in winter in KY. Also had just a slight issue with the wind causing slow start

Can’t Refuse this deal!
After reading up on this grill, compared to their top competitors, could not refuse the deal we got! Easy to deal with, got the grill within a week and will get 9 more over the next 50 years! If I am not here, can transfer to my son-in-law or grandson….how could you refuse that?

Frustrated with customer support
Frustrated with customer support, ordered an item to be sent- shipping policy says 3-8 days, it finally got shipped well over 2 weeks. Had it planned when went down in the States to take home to Canada as they do not ship to Canada. Never received item on time. Company not responding to emails/phone calls.

Backyard BBQs Just Got Better!
I’ve had my eye on the Z Grills 700 Series for a while, and it did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous about the whole pellet system, but after using it, I’m sold. The results speak for themselves—the meat comes out perfectly cooked every time.
