Thank you for letting us know about your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We acknowledge that we messed up, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide. I can confirm a full refund has been processed, so you should have all your money back. As you still have the items, we would really appreciate it if you could return them using the provided prepaid label we previously sent you, since we are out the money and would like a chance to recoup the funds. Again, we apologize for the trouble. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we are committed to making things right. Thank you for your honest feedback.
