I'm really sorry this occurred, we want everyone to be happy with their purchase! I was able to find your order and asked the team to reach out to you and attempt to get this resolved. I'm very hopeful we can get this resolved to your satisfaction right away!

I’m really sorry you had this experience. This is not the level of service we aim to deliver, especially when you are on the hook with a commercial client. I understand our team has reached out and we hope the issue is now resolved, or actively being finalized, with the correct parts and clear next steps. We also apologize for the communication gaps and for how that phone interaction came across. We take that feedback seriously and are addressing it internally. If there is anything still outstanding on your order, please let us know and we will make it a priority to get it closed out quickly.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused. According to our shipping records, the parts were shipped and show as delivered to the address provided on January 29th. That said, we absolutely want to help get this sorted out. A member of our team is reaching out to you now to look into this further and make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I’m glad to hear the part worked well and that your order arrived on time, but I completely understand the frustration if you only needed the motor. I'm sorry that what you ordered wasn't in line with what you needed. In the future we are happy to have you work with our team to help you find the exact right thing in advance of ordering. We appreciate your feedback and your business with us.
