Receiving a lock that wasn't functional — and turning out to be a used, aged unit rather than new — is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I completely understand the seriousness of leaving a door insecure overnight with that much inventory on the line. That's a real business risk, and I'm sorry it fell on you to manage it. I can confirm we shipped a replacement via Next Day Air as soon as this was flagged, and tracking shows it's already been delivered. I also reached out by phone to confirm receipt and will be following up again to make sure the new unit is installed and working properly, and that your door is fully secured.
