Thank you for taking the time to share your full experience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Situations like this are never ideal, especially when a delivery shows as completed but the package is not there. We understand how frustrating that can be, particularly when you are waiting on critical hardware like your Alarm Lock Trilogy T2. What matters most is how it gets handled, and we are glad our team was able to step in quickly, work directly with FedEx, and take action when confirmation could not be provided. Getting a replacement order processed and back on the way without delay is exactly the level of accountability we hold ourselves to. At ZenSupply, we make it EASY by standing behind every order, owning issues when they arise, and making sure you are never left without a solution. Your recognition means a lot to our team, and we truly appreciate your patience and trust throughout the process. We look forward to supporting your next project with the same commitment, speed, and reliability from start to finish.
