I believed I was purchasing a sliding door lock SET. ADR5017, Image on webpage shows four parts. I received one part. Call their customer support prior to paying to make sure your purchasing the correct item. Customer support refunded the item including shipping fees. I will do business with Zen in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. I want to address this directly. You're right that our product photo for ADR5017 showed all four components together, and we understand why that led you to expect a complete set upon checkout. While the listing also notes that the additional pieces are optional add-ons, we recognize the image alone could reasonably be read as showing what's included, and that's on us to clarify. We're removing that photo from the listing so this doesn't cause confusion for other customers going forward — thank you for flagging it. I'm also sorry for the delay in hearing back from us. You reached out in mid-July, received only a brief acknowledgment on 7/17, and then didn't get a real update until you called in yourself on 7/29. That's not the level of service we expect to provide, and I apologize for the gap. Regarding your order: we'll be processing a full refund for order, and there's no need to return the item — please keep it with our compliments.

Please see my revised review - they have refunded the entire order. I'm not sure what happened the first go round but I am happy with this result. Thank you very much. Debbie G

This business is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They quoted me on PANDUIT products and I quadruple checked with the staff the the quote was accurate for the QTY/PRICE increment that was stated on the quote. 1 BAG of 200 pieces for $7.75. I received an email confirmation that this was correct. After paying for the product, but before the product shipped I was told that there was an error on their and and that they would need to adjust the price to $170.00 per bag. I had ordered 20 bags. A HUGE difference from the price that I was quoted for the price per bag originally. The manager contacted me after I refused to pay the difference of $3,250 and told me for the trouble she would send me an AMAZON gift card.......LOLOLOLOL!!!! I don't want a gift card....I want you to uphold the price on the quote that I was given and I want my product shipped!!! If my business mistakes on pricing happen and WE UPHOLD are quotes for the material that we quote.....Especially when a customer points out that there may be a pricing discrepancy in the first place and you confirm that the quoted price is accurate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE BUSINESSES THAT CAN SUPPLY THE SAME GOODS THAT THEY DO!!!!

Hi, thank you for the detailed account, and I'm sorry for what you went through with this order. Here's what happened: the price confirmed to you for this item was incorrect, and that error should have been caught well before payment was processed, not after. As a resolution, we offered to send 5 packs, but our available stock for this item was only 50 pieces total. We've processed a full refund for this order. We're also reviewing how pricing gets verified and reconfirmed before an order is accepted, so this doesn't happen again. We're sorry for the trouble this caused your business, and we appreciate you flagging it directly to us.

Do not purchase anything from this site, They gave me a quote for 10/each of an item for $7.75 each, that was the price that was also displayed on their website, I asked if the items were in stock and ready to ship, Sales rep Eric assured me they had the stock, paid for the order via Credit card, followed up with a confirmation of payment, Got a call saying the price on the quote and on the website was incorrect and should have been $170.00/each, Asked them to stand behind their quote and all of a sudden they claimed they did not have the material to ship, offered me an Amazon card for my troubles and would not honor the price, I had these sold to one of my good customers so I took the financial hit, That's what a good sales person does if they ever want business from that customer again. Sounds like talking to a scam call center from India, Save yourself the trouble and stay as far away from this company as possible, I will be instructing our employees at our 700+ locations not to even think about purchasing from Zensupply.

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to share this. I'm sorry for the experience you had with the order, and I understand your frustration completely. To be transparent about what happened: the pricing displayed on our site and quoted for this item was incorrect. When we caught the error, we should have handled it better than we did. As a resolution, we offered to send 5 packs, but we discovered we only had 50 pieces of this item in stock — those 50 pieces have already been shipped out. We were not able to fulfill the remaining balance of your order. We have processed a full refund for this order, which should be reflected on your card already or within the next few business days. We know this doesn't undo the financial hit you took to make things right with your customer, and we're genuinely sorry for that. We're reviewing our pricing verification process so a mistake like this doesn't reach a confirmed order again. If there's anything else we can do, please reach out to us directly.
