Great communication! Quicker than expected delivery on the items I ordered. And of course, free shipping. Have used before and will continue to use this company.

We're glad we had the Don-Jo latch filler plates you were looking for, especially when they were difficult to find elsewhere. We work hard to stock a wide selection of specialty hardware at competitive prices, so it's wonderful to know we could help. We truly appreciate your business and your feedback. Thank you for choosing ZenSupply, and we look forward to helping you find the parts you need in the future.

We ordered lock sets from a different company and had to return them 2 times because they came damaged after being keyed. I then decided to order from your company. We were very happy that we received our shipment quickly, but one of the lock sets were also damaged. At this point, we had a customer waiting for over a month for lock sets for their new doors, so we ended up discounting the lock set for the customer and painting the handle. I would still give your company another chance to send us undamaged material, but if we received more damaged material, we will not order from you again.

We're pleased to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you found our pricing competitive. However, we're very sorry that one of your Falcon locksets arrived damaged, especially after the challenges you had already experienced elsewhere and the delay it caused for your customer. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We truly appreciate your willingness to give us another opportunity. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continually work to improve our packaging and quality control processes to help ensure products arrive in excellent condition. If you ever encounter an issue with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always happy to help find a resolution. Thank you again for choosing ZenSupply. We value your business and hope to earn your complete confidence on your next order.
