This service won't last another year. Bail, Bail, Bail! A few years ago, they deleted 500k photos of mine with no way of getting them back after I forgot to update my credit card on file with a new expiration date. I took responsibility, got over it, and signed up with them again. Biggest mistake of my life. Now, they are auto-archiving all my photos so that I can't even tell which ones are in which gallery. No thumbnails, no sensical way to unarchive them, no way to download them without at least 12 hours of waiting for it to even become viewable, let alone downloadable. They are holding everyone's work hostage. IF you are thinking about signing up with them, stop thinking and go find another service. Search the web, and you will find that there is no more love for this company. They are on a path to dry up, fire everyone, and will only exist to extort the few customers who don't have the time and energy to get their photos downloaded, or have no other backups. This review has no purpose, as I am sure Zenfolio won't last long enough for anyone to read it.

Agree with everyone about how horrible this site has become. I'm a user of many many years but what they have done is appalling. I'm leaving right now...

The websites bandwidth is so slow that a simple photo takes minutes to load- causing viewers to close out of the site. Support is a never-ending black hole ending in CHAT that is never answered. Trying to cancel account is impossible- nobody answers chat. But they efficiently charge your credit card... only aspect of the cr@ppy website that works.

I'm a customer for many years. Overnight they went from 5 stars to no stars due the damage caused by the terrible decision to start archiving galleries which creates grief for me and my customers. The restore process is terrible and slow if it works at all. Zenfolio should reverse this decision and go back to the way things were, while they still have customers.

Zenfolio is echt de weg kwijt, en is een waardeloos bedrijf nu geworden, ze gooien je foto's die je openbaar hebt staan voor anderen gewoon in een archief en als je ze daar uit wilt halen, lukt dat vaak niet, en als je ze dan eindelijk weer kan zien, zitten er doodleuk foto's van anderen opeens in je mappen. Ik heb ze hier op ook per direct aansprakelijk daar voor gesteld, en weiger elke consiquentie daarvan. Maar ze zwijgen in alle talen op diverse emails die ik al gestuurd heb. Ik stap dus op daar want als ze nu denken dat ik nog mijn abonnement ga betalen kunnen ze dat vergeten, ze plegen contract breuk met het unlimited uploaden. Zenfolio has really lost its way, and has become a worthless company now, they just throw your photos that you have publicly available for others into an archive and when you want to get them out of there, it often doesn't work, and when you finally get them can see again, photos of others suddenly appear in your folders. I have also held them immediately liable for this, and refuse any consequence. But they are silent in all languages on various emails I have already sent. So I'm quitting there because if they think I'm still going to pay my subscription, they can forget about it, they are breaking the contract with unlimited uploading. Sie werfen Ihre Fotos, die Sie für andere öffentlich verfügbar haben, einfach in ein Archiv, und wenn Sie sie dort wieder herausholen möchten, funktioniert es oft nicht, und wann Wenn Sie sie endlich wieder sehen können, tauchen plötzlich Fotos von anderen in Ihren Ordnern auf. Ich habe sie auch hierfür sofort haftbar gemacht und lehne jegliche Konsequenzen ab. Zu diversen E-Mails, die ich bereits verschickt habe, schweigen sie aber in allen Sprachen. Also höre ich dort auf, denn wenn sie glauben, dass ich mein Abonnement trotzdem bezahle, können sie es vergessen, denn sie brechen den Vertrag mit unbegrenzten Uploads.

If I could Give them zero stars I would... once delivering a solid performance and service in the early 2000's this company is now a horrible experience recently attempting to rebuild and share using their new format. Incredibly slow speeds and nonfunctioning tools are a complete deal killer. I basically feel as if I was mugged and my yearly subscription fee was stolen ... Buyer Beware ... add to that an unresponsive human helpline with an idiotic chatbot and this company is finished ... use at your own risk as they can't survive long with this service level.............................. The same day to this writing review.... I reached out to Zenfolio CEO and explained I have used their services for almost 20 years and service, support , and functionality has reached rock bottom , I got a direct response from CEO explaining internal challenges and that they would help me work out my technical issues with the help of his Chief Technology Officer , less than 12 hours after that I woke up to an automated cancelled account with zero access to my work stored on their servers ...

This website is outdated. It lacks essential SEO features, which makes it harder for potential visitors to find the site. Additionally, the preset design templates come across as uninspired. While customer service is available, they haven't been particularly helpful in addressing my concerns. In fact, some responses haven't addressed the issues raised, which has been totally frustrating. Overall, the site currently functions primarily as a basic image storage. I'm hesitant to recommend it to others because of these limitations. It would be great to see improvements in SEO, design customization, and a more responsive customer service approach. Another concerning issue is the recent change that makes it impossible for customers to contact the photographer through the contact form. I got a person named Julie who refused to address the issue and instead harrassed me over and over again about things I had no issue with. This person prioritizes expressing their feelings over addressing the root of the problem. Which made it difficult to find solutions. Julie also made assumptions and excuses without fully understanding the situation and used the platform to be a menace to be quite honest. Look at this! Archive service launched on 9/18/23, both via dashboard notifications and email, I would have thought that you would have read through the plan thoroughly (as you are keen on attention to detail) and acted before your renewal! Dear Zenfolio, F*** you Website is slow as F*** User Experience is bad as F*** Customer service is inexistent & F***** up You have zero respect for your clients. And then it’s impossible to cancel subscription, because you need to reach a chat that is out of service, there is no answer to email requests either and Zenfolio automatically renews the subscription charging the credit card without consent or possibility to remove it from the account. I hope your company will Go bankrupt as fast as possible and disappear before the end of my totally unacceptably overpriced subscription this year. Sincerly, a 10 years very disappointed user
