XP-PENReviews of xp-pen.com

Using one of their product (Deco 01V2) for 4 month without any major issues. Pretty satisfied with the product. Pro: Good built quality and feels like premium product. I own similar product from Huion before, but XP-pen's feels more premium. Cons: Hot tempered Customer Support. They have to change their customer support for a better and well-mannered people then they have now.

No Customer support. I had ordered and paid for two PA-2 stylus; however I received only one. I tried contacting them multiple times through phone, chat and email but no one responded to my requests. Their products are okay; however, do not trust the company. Buy only through Amazon so that you can get the refunds when needed.

Avoid purchasing any of their products unless you are 100% certain you want it. I had purchased the Artist 15.6 Pro, through their EU webshop, for my girlfriend as a christmas gift, the gift was not what she hoped for so I wrote them an email to start my return request to be within the 14 days as per EU law. So far there has been nothing but issues with the support, they have continually been declining the request to return it for a full refund, and are making this into a huge issue when it is covered by EU law.

I usually never write reviews but after reading so many poor reviews I felt I should give my 2 cents. I purchased the XPPEN 15.6 Pro a little more than a year ago and after some driver troubleshooting that XPPEN walked me through on the first day, it's been great! I use it fairly regularly, maybe around 20hrs/wk and it's never failed me. The colors are great, the adjustable brightness is always helpful, love the no glare screen and the pen is impressively responsive. Every so often, my custom settings reset to default and I'll have to reassign the key commands but other than that, I literally have no other complaints. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for their first graphics tablet or even a seasoned professional. I will say that it plays better with PC than Mac(my platform) but if you're more than just a Photoshop Jocky, you'll have no problems.

I changed my mind on buying a graphic tablet more than 10 days ago. Therefore, I canceled the item before it was even ready for dispatch. They told me I would get a refund in the 3-7 business days but am still waiting to see the numbers on my bank account.

I don't get why there is so many bad reviews... I got my drawingtablet for my brother a week after I ordered it and it looks totally fine... some people on here say they didn't get the right product or got it really late but HONESTLY it's fine? I got no idea why so many people say bad stuff about it... I'm from Denmark and got it through the eu store and the only bad thing was that in the bottom of the site they say you can pay with some cards but in their FAQ and when you pay they tell you you can pay with some other cards and that was very annoying - maybe the side needs an update. I'm happy about the tablet tho and I'm sure my brother will too

I paid $199.99 for what they clearly advertised on their US site as the Artist 12 PRO & today I received from them some strange battery-looking gadget, I don't even know what it is. This is clearly some sort of SCAM & now I have to wait for Paypal to review my case for a month before I can even get my refund. DO NOT trust this company- they are liars & thieves.

A fuire.
