If you are having issues with their drivers, they will work with you for weeks on end until it is fixed. I really appreciate them putting in the work to help me. I got my tablet about four years ago and it's great that they're still willing to help me today!

Bonjour, J’ai acheté une tablette XP Pen grand format et j’en suis très satisfait. Au début, j’ai eu peur car je n’avais aucun suivi de commande et les avis négatifs sur le site ne rassurent pas. Le SAV a mis deux jours à me répondre, ce qui n’a pas aidé, mais j’ai finalement été contacté et la personne a vraiment pris le temps de m’aider. J’avais passé la commande sans créer de compte et, en plus, j’avais mal saisi mon adresse — c’était ma faute. J’ai aussi eu l’impression que le site était parfois surchargé, ce qui empêchait la connexion à mon compte. Après avoir fourni mes justificatifs bancaires, le SAV m’a donné mon numéro de commande ainsi que le suivi. Grâce à ça, j’ai pu me débrouiller. Un grand merci à eux. PS : Une vérification d’adresse email lors de la commande serait vraiment utile.

Ho comprato un tablet XP Pen per lavorare circa un anno fa. Un ottimo prodotto, nonostante le prestazioni contenute non ha mai dato problemi per lavorare anche su file molto pesanti. Ho dovuto purtroppo chiederne la sostituzione a causa del fatto che non supportava l'aggiornamento del sistema operativo a Android 14. L'assistenza è stata veloce, gentile e disponibile e mi hanno proposto la sostituzione gratuita.

Ho comprato Xp pen magic pad, purtroppo dopo un mese mi è caduto per terra e mi si è rotto lo schermo. L’assistenza é stata molto buona, mi hanno fatto sostituire il mio tablet con uno nuovo a un costo adeguato. Rispondono sempre puntuali. Il tablet per le funzionalità che mi servivano mi piace ed è veloce.

Really happy with the XP-Pen Artist 16 (2nd Gen). The screen feels smooth and natural to draw on, and the pen is super responsive with no lag. Great value for the price!

Ho acquistato una tavoletta con schermo presso il loro store online a febbraio di quest'anno e mi sono trovata sin da subito bene. Procedure semplici e veloci hanno agevolato molto l'acquisto. Dopo qualche mese però ho riscontrato un difetto nel mio dispositivo e ho quindi contattato l'assistenza, che dire: puntuali, precisi, cordiali e disponibili! Ho sfruttato la garanzia per poter sostituire il mio prodotto che è arrivato pochi giorni fa, ben imballato e nei tempi prestabiliti, ora non mi resta che provare la nuova tavoletta. L'esperienza con loro è stata quindi molto positiva!

I had read the reviews and was keen to explore the XP Pen Pro 14 tablet, based on what I had seen and read. And I wasn't disappointed. I was moving from a Wacom tablet and was a little nervous. The build quality is amazing. It feels solid. It is really easy to install and use. The pen is awesome and using it is the closest thing for me to a pencil (which I use on real notebooks). I highly rate it for responsiveness, speed, touch and comfort. The stand is perfect for me. the screen size is also amazing. And I cannot leave out the controller. I thought I wouldn't use it as it was a gimic, but it is essential and I'm hooked. Overall it is excellent.
