Poor Quality Control in their New Models
At first when I first got my Artist Pro 27 Gen 2, things went great until it had ghosting touches with the touchscreen, so they allowed a refund. Then I bought it again and this time, the touchscreen didn't work (also did a price match, which is nice), so I asked for a replacement. Then when the replacement came and saw gaps between the housing of the tablet and screen, I notified the company and they said they will refund the rest. After I returned it and waited for weeks, no refund, so I did a chargeback with my card with evidence then they manage to get the money back for like 2 months... I also had an XP-Pen Artist Pro 16 that I bought in early 2023 (with innovator body) and it still doesn't have that much quality control issues other than the wire input which is a common issue the model has but somehow their new model which is their flagship 27 inch has that much issues.
