Originally, my free gift was left off of my order. Ling not only made sure I got my free gift. I was informed my free gift was not compatible with my order and was given the option to choose another.

I need to replace 6 Nest Protects by Jan 2027. In their wisdom (ignorance), Google have discontinued them. The nearest replacements I could find that were available in the UK were from X-Sense. I emailed them at a w/end asking for reassurance that the versions of their products I proposed to buy were appropriate and would work together to do what I need. They responded promptly first thing Monday morning with clear advice and confirmation and contact details should I need further assistance when setting up and configuring the new system. That gives me considerable reassurance about making the correct purchase and I will proceed with them before Jan 2027.

I had ordered a new smoke detector but after a week didn’t see any change in the shipping status so I emailed support and asked about it. Ling responded overnight and indicated that they were looking into it. By the end of that day I received an email from logistics that the carrier (USPS) had failed to update their tracking which was evident by the fact that I had also gotten an email that it would be delivered that same day. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. We’ve been using X Sense for a few years now and their product and the monitoring service are excellent

We have had the smoke and carbon monoxide sensors for a few years and they are great. Ordered a couple more last year when we did an extension and recently one developed a fault. Contacted their customer service who tried to rectify the problem, but the error code would not clear. I sent them a few details and they arranged a replacement to be sent out to me. A really good product and great customer service, Shura was very helpful when resolving the issue.
