I'm not sure if this company is a scam. I ordered a CO2 detector which has never arrived. The tracking information I received directed me to a shipping company website in Chinese and I had no ability to change to language to English. I have sent e-mails and called customer service numerous time with no response - AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought 10 X-Sense XS01-W connectable smoke alarms and (after testing) installed these in a student home. Within a week, I got reports that these alarms went of in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. A week later, I witnessed this myself: I was in the house on saturday morning and all alarms went off, one after the other with a couple of minutes in between. The trigger each time seemed to be a different alarm. I took all of them home and put them on my desk. Within the day, I had the same experience (luckily not at night). I retested all of them, and found one to be defect (ie it did not react entirely as described in the manual when I tested it). But regardless of that, I think it is unacceptable that any defect would cause this behaviour. I luckily was able to return them, and now bought non-connected alarms again.

Finger weg! Ich hatte vor knapp 3 Jahren fünf Rauchmelder für mein Haus gekauft - ohne austauschbare Batterie, Haltbarkeit 10 Jahre. Der erste gab schon nach ein paar Tagen den Geist auf. Der nächste jetzt vor kurzem. Da keine Gewährleistungspflicht mehr besteht, verwies mich Amazon direkt an den Hersteller. Grauenhafter Kundenservice, ich warte bis heute auf einen Rückruf! Empfehlung: Rauchmelder eines anderen Herstellers mit austauschbaren Batterien kaufen!!!

X-SENSE = SERVICE CLIENTS A FUIR. SOCIÉTÉ TOTALEMENT IRRESPONSABLE. Un détecteur tombe en panne au bout de 14 mois, je pensais que la pile était défaillante, ce n'est pas le cas. J'ai donc contacté X-Sense pour un service après-vente. La société m'a répondu que le produit n'était plus au catalogue et qu'il ne pouvait pas remplacer le détecteur défaillant ni assurer une réparation. Aucun nouveau produit était compatible avec la base + 6 détecteurs X-Sense que j'ai acheté en Juin 2022. Bien que sous garantie contractuelle, X-Sense refuse de m'échanger le système par un nouveau. Après deux semaines d'échanges par mails avec X-Sense, ma demande d'échange est refusée. X-Sense doit m'envoyer un détecteur non compatible! Quel intérêt ? Si je n'ai plus de sécurité fiable à 100 % pour mon domicile et conforme aux caractéristiques techniques du produit acheté ?. Mais le service clients X-Sense se fiche éperdument de votre problème. Si votre maison brûle, X-Sense s’en moque. La société X-Sense est à éviter. Les produits X-Sense ne sont pas fiables. Un appareil peut tomber en panne. Cela arrive. Mais si la société n'assure pas le SAV cela devient très inquiétant surtout quand il s'agit de la sécurité de son domicile, de sa famille.

We recently bought eight X-Sense XS01-WT smart smoke detectors & three of them have gone offline which should not be a problem. However, after going offline they have failed to reconnect to the router. Customer services did respond very quickly with advice on how to reset them & one detector did get back online but the other two won't & they don't respond to the button presses & beeps outlined in the guidance. UPDATE:The instructions were quite poor & didn't cover what to do if they went offline. Eventually I found, by trial & error, that if they go offline all that's needed to bring them back online is to press the test button for a second. The unit then goes back online & sends a notification to my phone.

I have tried to connect the base station to two seperate routers without success. Also I have tried to enter the information manually but the app requests a QR code or serial number but the base unit is blank with only the model number on. I have also entered the wifi password but the unit was unable to connect to the router although my phone and tablet were able to do so at approximately 30 cm away from each other. This equipment is poor quality and not worth the money avoid!

Achtung! • Genau die Produkteigenschaften untersuchen! Nicht alle Melder aktivieren sich untereinander. Der Support lügt bewusst. • Die Firma gibt an amerikanisch zu sein. Aber der Support ist chinesisch und Kommunikation nach dem Kauf ist praktisch unmöglich. Nicht von der Kommunikation v o r dem Kauf blenden lassen • 2 Monate nach wirksamem Rücktritt habe ich die Rückzahlung noch immer nicht erhalten • Rücksendung ist die Hölle. Wahnsinnig lange Antwortzeiten, fehlerhafte Adressen, Schikanen wie Fotos Finger weg! Es gibt vertrauenswürdige Anbieter.
