I replaced all my old smoke detectors with the combo smoke and carbon monoxide detectors SC07-W. The installation was quick and easy. It has been about 6 months and then I got a E05 error showing up on 1, indicating a sensor problem, so I tried to clean everything but still had issue. Do I went on line and sent X-Sense a message about what was going on, within 12 hours I had a message back asking for pictures and my address. I sent this back and the got a quick response stating that after reviewing they would be sending me a replacement. This is great customer service and even though I had the issue they responded and stood by the warranty quickly. I will be doing more business with this company for sure.

We hebben nu al de 3e x-sense XC01 koolmonoxide melder die vroegtijdig aangeeft dat de batterij leeg is. 2x binnen een jaar, nu net buiten 1 jaar. En dat met een vaste batterij welke 10 jaar mee hoort te gaan. Zeer onbetrouwbaar. En heel hinderlijk als zo'n ding in de nacht besluit te beginnen met de melding door middel van een harde piep.
