Responded to my actual questions, not just the generic answers I'm used to
Multiple detailed responses, each within 1 business day, that directly addressed my specific questions. This was such a welcome change from most businesses who just copy and paste some generic response that is barely related to the question. They even corrected some bad assumptions in my questions. Very impressed.

There is somebody there after all!
After a frustrating start when the service team was on an autumn break and I had been struggling with a number of programming issues! On their return they have resolved all the problems experienced and I now have confidence in the technology and support! Big thanks to Gigi for sticking with and resolving!

SAV pas joignable au début mais parfait par la suite
J’ai installé un pack de 9 détecteurs et une base. 2 détecteurs défectueux. Pour les autres, pas de souci à l’installation mais tout de suite après, les détecteurs n’étaient plus en ligne. Deux messages au SAV sans réponse, j’ai pu avoir une réponse après un post sur Facebook. Gigi du SAV a alors été plus qu’efficace : procédure envoyée pour les détecteurs hors ligne et proposition d’échange pour les 2 défectueux. En fait, ils m’ont même échangé deux détecteurs de fumée contre deux détecteurs de chaleur, plus adapté pour un garage mais je ne le savais pas lors de ma commande. Bref, difficile au démarrage mais parfait pour la suite; Merci Gigi.

Great Tech Support
I am using the X-Sense mail box alert. After several months of smooth operation the base unit went offline. The manual was not helpful and I could not find any other information online. I contacted tech support, recevied a detailed guide to trouble shoot the fault. Because of the clear steps listed I was able to resolve what could have been a technical issue beyond my abilities. The trouble shooting instructions were clear and detailed. Great job X-Sense

Good products, super support
I have a lot of x-sense units and all worked fine. Now I had the first problem, a letterbox sensor quit working. The supportteam, especially Mr. Ling fixed it by sending a new one very quickly. Thank you for the great support and your very good products.

Klasse Rauchmelder & herausragender Kundenservice durch Judy!
Die Installation und das Einrichten der Rauchmelder über die App verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Da ich versehentlich den falschen Kohlenmonoxid-Melder (ohne die benötigte Basisstation) gekauft hatte, habe ich mich an den Support gewendet. Meine Ansprechpartnerin Judy war super freundlich, extrem kompetent und hat mich über mehrere E-Mails hinweg perfekt betreut. Sie hat mir nicht nur die einfache Retoure detailliert erklärt, sondern mir auch direkt das passende Modell empfohlen, das ich mir jetzt nachbestellen werde. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice!
