Customer Service is severely challenged at this stage in their existence. I can not review the product (Wyze Thermostat), due to due to damage product. Calling customer support resulted in waiting for an email response recieved 2 days later. Provided additional information and still waiting on 2nd reply 3 days additional days later. Really would like to try the product and price point was excellent. However, at this point, likely to return.

I would give this company a ZERO if it were an option. Their cameras are ok for the money despite having a very bad lag with notifications. My main issue is that they were very dishonest in saying that they would send me cameras when in fact they did not even have them in stock. it took not weeks, but months to get the issue resolved. They have no integrity. I would not trust them for anything at this point. Even a customer service rep who said she was a "manager" lied. I found this out later by another employee. AND forget emailing them with concerns. If they don't have an answer for you they will ignore your emails. I wish the Attorney Generals Office would look into this Company.

Nice low expensive security cameras. I’ve dropped them off a shelf repeatedly and they’ve survived. And their services are usually reasonably priced, somewhat even though there was a mild bait and switch once. The main issue is the trust I have with them. There have been some reports that their cams have been sending data packets to China and they have employees in China. Kind of concerning in today’s day and age IMHO.

I purchased a Wyze outdoor camera and mounted high over my garage door facing my driveway. It's been 3-weeks and the battery charge is down to 18%. Ridiculous! ... I purchased Wyze's storage and I do not have a micro SD card installed so, the drain cannot be attributed to my storage. I also delete all recorded videos daily. By contrast I own 2 Arlo outdoor cameras and the batteries stay charged for EIGHT MONTHS. Certain electronics are just not worth the price savings, The Wyze outdoor camera is one of those items. ... Wyze is a great company with very affordable products (grateful for that) but, the thought of having to climb my ladder every 3 weeks irks me. Wyze, you can do better.

I bought the Wyze Cam a month ago. Camera would be great if it was consistently working. It works for a few minutes and then I try to view it says connection failed...nothing works

Received a pan cam as a gift about a year ago. I've tried to set up a couple of times with no success. A few weeks ago I tried again and was guided to update the firmware. I did and at the completion of the install, the light on the cam went completely solid yellow and would not work a lick. I called customer support and explained what happened. The support person told me Wyze would send me a new camera. I've had about 10 email exchanges (over the last 3 weeks) with them and they continue to ask the same questions over and over without making good on their word. Not happy, will not do business with them again, very bad experience.

Well I give this review because I recive a notice saying that now the going to start charging for people detecting that’s crazy why you guys want to charge a fee for something was already there when I bought the camera never said that . that’s insane I never going to buy any Canada from you guys .

I preordered the outside cam package, they shipped it, it says it arrived at USPS but I have never received it! I informed them that it was lost, expecting they would research it seeing as they chose the shipper and send me a replacement immediately! But NO, they want me to do all the leg work and refused to send me a replacement!
