If your wyze cameras work when you get them, they will cease working when the thermometer reaches 90. I have 2 out of 3 fail. They cannot hold a charge, longest was 72 hours. Have contacted their customer service. No response. If you live in a magical area where everything is perfect, they may work for you. On my planet, they are now bricks.

Wyze advised sensors have known issue and they are no longer supporting - planned obsolescence. I am 2 months out of warranty and they will not refund or give credit. Wow. True lack of ethics. Sad.

affordable? yes. Easy to set up? Yes Reliable? NO The issue with playback not recording even when the continuous recording is set has been going on for years, yet nothing was done to fix it. If you need a camera that actually records something - find a different brand.

I bought 7 movement sensors which I later found out had an inbuilt flaw, basically if the battery goes dead the each units unique ID is deleted (MAC) rendering the units useless (bricked). I contacted Wyze and explained I'm away for extended periods and wanted to have faith that they would not fail. I'm forgiving and expect as a consumer to be treated fairly, they referred to their policy and would not consider replacing. Shoddy service and could have turned a bad situation around, but alas lost a customer and I am on a mission to let as many people know as possible of my experience with them - avoid at all costs and research 'shelly' products if you want a reliable company that stand by their custmers and not rip them off.

I was completely satisfied with wWyze cameras. Great product. Then they offered Bluetooth sound reduction. Only problem, I can’t get the headset to connect to my MEE Audio device. I’ve searched Wyze support to get help but the only thing that comes up are sales offers. I need help with your Bluetooth headset. I don’t need to purchase anything. Very frustrating.

Loved their cameras, then they lost their way and started churning out junk instead of focusing on maintaining and supporting their key products such as the cameras and their security system. Tried to reach them and it's a nightmare, used social media and still nothing...I now pay for home monitoring on a security system that doesn't arm after their firmware update, and it's nearly impossible to get help from customer support that is apparently non-existent and merely automated...

I purchased 2 wyze doorbells. The chimes don’t work. They will not connect to system. The picture from the doorbell shows up sideways on all my Amazon shows. Support dose not exist. Stick with ring. They have a doorbell that works. Same type for only $20 more. Wyze products are cheap for a reason.

It has been incredibly frustrating and confusing to deal with WYZE. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped but I was not able to. I received it about a month later. I still have not been able to return my product. It almost feels deliberately confusing. I would stay away from this company. It is not worth the money you think you are saving.
