Back when the pandemic first hit, this company was selling a box of 50 surgical masks for $40, which is highway robbery but at the time supply was low. They took 1-2 months to ship the masks out (by that time a box of 50 was much more reasonable). Many people didn't get their masks and received no responses from Wyze customer service. I received my masks and just started using them last week. Let me tell you, the quality is the absolute worst. The straps rip apart from the mask very easily, rendering them useless. Seeing as this company price gouged during a global pandemic, shipped very slow if not at all and provided a useless product, I wouldn't NEVER trust this company with any other product or service.

Ordered and, of course, paid for face masks. No answer to two emails via their website. Finally called and got someone in North Carolina who said they’d been delivered and caught an edge when I said we never received them. 7 weeks now

Horrible service. They take your money, provide no updates on your order, change the status of your order to "closed", don't post your honest review because it says how bad their service is and they email you from email accounts that are not monitored. They emailed me to tell me my review will not be posted. I replied and got a reply that says this email is not monitored and it tells you to email their support email address. So I forwarded my email to support and received another email to tell me this email is not monitored. They actually deserve negative stars. Companies like this don't need to be in business.

Wyze is a budget tech company that makes some pretty cool, cheap products. I have a few wifi-cams and wifi-light bulbs. They started selling "iHealth No-Touch Digital Forehead Thermometer" for $50 during the COVID outbreak promising 3-5 day shipping. Cool. I ordered one April 8th, and received a tracking number April 10th. As of May 4th, it is still in pre-shipment. I opened a ticket on April 21st and got a auto-reply and no answer on ticket after that. I opened another on April 29th and also got zero help. I also filed a complaint on April 29th with Amazon payments. Nothing almost a week later. I'm going to file a charge back through my credit card company. I also posted a review on their site complaining about the lack of customer service. They deleted it and asked me to repost another review. They have enough people to moderate honest reviews but not enough to deliver their products. Do yourself a favor, don't buy anything from them. If you do, do it through Amazon and not their awful website. At this point, I'm just hoping to get my money back.

Brilliant Wyze cameras! Bought some other similar branded cams that I wasn't totally happy with, sent them back and imported 4 Wyze cam x2 from U.S. to U.K. These are great cams, being in the UK they don't seem to be compatible with my Alexa and the tv firestick at present but I already knew that before buying and I'm sure that will be put right as they eventually get into the European market. Great product very happy with my purchase.

Style, build and picture quality are all outstanding as is the user interface. Received four cameras yesterday (2 cubes, 2 pan) and bought two more today. I had 3 of them installed in less than 30 minutes, including firmware updates. Had an issue with another website spoofing theirs, and when I let them know via FB, they responded almost immediately to let me know they were aware of the site and were working to shut them down. And they messaged with me several times during the day about the resolution. (It was Google shopping that sent me to the bogus site.) Clearly a good organization.

So far love the product. I bought another one because I was satisfied with the first cam. Great value.
