I have several Cam v2. Updates (which occur frequently) fried all of the SIM cards in all of the cameras. Support is outsourced to a REALLY bad and worthless Indian company. I got passed to over 7 different people all asking for different irrelevant information. "Support" dragged on for over 2 weeks. One person said the updates fried and so they will replace the cameras. When I sent in the info requested a new person took over and said they would give me $15. I had gone out and bought new Verbatim SIMs at around $10 each already - which have temporarily fixed the issue - but will likely get fried if I allow any new update. These are cheap and easy cams but God help you WHEN (not if) things go wrong. Stay away from their products; cheap Chinese with no support. Disposable. As they say: "Pay for quality and cry only once".

They constantly charged me, monthly, for no additional services I never asked for. I was asked to write in their chat, then of course, an automated reply asks for the situation and someone will get back with me. Naturally, I never received a response. Then, charged me for some Black Friday sale, when I didn't order a thing or even visit their site. Hopefully, Paypal actually block all future charges. The product is a good value, but these fraudulent charges make me recommend other companies that won't fraudulently charge you.

I purchased 2 outdoor cams with base station. Then the trouble started. Cannot even get the indoor cam to work anymore. Tried removing, Tried restarting, reconfigured numerous times. Reseated the sd card, moved the device next to the router, reset the router and uploaded new firmware for all cameras after about 4 hours of craziness I updated the Base Wyze firmware for the app and problem solved.

if you are looking to buy a low grade product from a company claiming that they are based in the USA while all their products shipped from china, customer support is offshore, technical lab is offshore! your product arrive after 2 months and good luck if you find anyone to help from their technical support!!

I have had your guys camera for about 7 months now and I am switching to another brand because all you want ppl to do is pay money for b.s. I ha e payed every month for you cam plus and still I get short 5 or 6 seconds of record on my motions. I pay you guys every month for the extras and still don't get the full package. You need to.work.on that. I had someone break into my car and I olny had a two second video or that person. I am switching. Get it together

I feel cuckholded, by the little owl. Ah, he obviously went to bed with a very little asian guy; that sold him idea that this rear end, was absolutely a must-have. I distinctly remember the pre sale propaganda, and I think I was deceived: I thought there was a setting that would only light as you pass the path of the sensor: lights up like a holiday tree in unison. I swear I can see light through my eyelids. Your just another Chinese product with upwardly designs and forethought, but without the meat! Give me your money now, and I will allow to wait for the product. Are we really that innovative and good? Yeah, but it ends after the Camera. It is all hype, and corporate shenanigans like the rest. Alibaba and all the little thieves. Blame it on all the big ships waiting at sea. Who failed to see that one. Heads should roll.

Wyze is absolutely Garbage. There Camera (Wyze Pan Cam) Caught fire the other night after an update. Just google this and you will see pictures and proof. They are scum and they sell products that almost burned my house down. I am working on a Lawsuit. This company is filth
