Have the camera for just over 2 years. It was great at first 12 second notification clip, continuous record to SD with over a week of playback depending on the size of the SD. In the last couple of months all this has been removed and now behind a monthly or yearly subscription. However, even before this I had upgraded the whole house with new camera setup and moved over to TP Link Tapo. Far better system, cheaper, better quality, massive SD storage and the App is simple to use and not 1 update since I installed the system 4 months ago. It just works. Wyz have shot themselves in the foot.

Total junk. I have 4 and all 4 continually disconnect for days on end. Don't waste your money on wyze.

Wyze has given me the worst shipping experience in my entire life. They decide to ship with Fedex SurePost which is basically like shipping via the sewers in America. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my package still isn't here. If I knew they would ship with such a cheap ersive I would've ordered on Amazon or paid for 2 day shipping!! I absolutley hate how they're so cheap with shipping. Its disgusting.

I would give a negative star but sadly 1 star is the WORST available! I've had 3 phone calls accidentally disconnected from them all, over an HOUR WASTED! To think I use!! To speak highly of this company and recommend them! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE customer service, misleading terms upon purchase back in 2019 how they offer everything you're looking for at no cost! But EVERY update they take features away then charge you after ensuring you their products are unlike others! That's CORRECT at least other companies are upfront about ripping you off!!

Wyze tries to make high end products and charge less. What's the catch? Customer service. I have spent the better part of a week emailing back and forth to return a vacuum that arrived and won't hold a charge. They have made it impossible to effectuate a return, at this point I just have to have my credit card company issue a chargeback. Update: After multiple interactions that involved me repeating all the information you would think they would already have like an order number and a shipping address, they finally shipped a new one. My review remains because this is not the first customer service issue, they also made it impossible to exchange a video doorbell. I have tried a lot of their products. Some work better than others, so as products go a lot of them are solid 3-4 star items, but it's not worth the cost savings if they can't offer customer service. When you grow your catalog and not your service, you should expect a one star experience for everyone. Fun fact, their service team is even Apple-esque, they are Wyze Wizards. Why are they not Wyze Wyzards? Why isn't there a showdown between Genius Bar, Geek Squad and Wyze Wyzards? I'd pay to see that. Update 2: It is now June 5th. Today in the mail I got two refurbished vacuums from Wyze with no paperwork or instructions. What was supposed to happen was that they were to replace it with a new one and I would ship back the broken one. I also learned WHY the first one broke, turns out it shipped with a bad USB cable. When I was troubleshooting the issue I tested their cable on another device. A Pixel 3 phone. It got very very hot and now won't turn on. This experience remains a nightmare. Caveat emptor maximus!

Rip off getting unauthorized charges monthly

I've never worked with a customer support staff this bad. The current issue I'm having and they don't seem to be able to resolve is after a recent 10 minute power outage only one switch came back online out of 3 total , after extensive trouble shooting measures including deleting the devices and attempting to add them back all of which failed they send me one broken switch to replace 2 burnt out switches. These were originally installed by an electrician because of my disability. As of this writing I've spent $345.56 for one working switch. If I ever get 2 undamaged switches I'll have to pay another $200 to get the old ones removed and the new ones installed. I've been asked for pictures of the back of the burnt out switches that are still mounted in a wall and I've been asked for the app information for a product that arrived damaged and couldn't be installed and thus there would be no app information on a product that can't be installed. All the while the Wyze support staff keep singing their own praises that they've done so much to help with this situation and yet I still only have one switch that works

No customer service. 2 calls at excess of 2 hrs. Incomplete and no resolution. Cameras deleted from ap and they cannot assist to resolve why happened and get them back online. Will buy another brand.
