Terrible system. I called with issues on 4 v cameras called customer service. They troubleshot and deemed the he devices needed replacing. I had to send all kinds of documents as a stall tactic on their part. Then they said they me to have a good experience and we’re gonna send out a gift card. Just got an email yesterday and guess what I was so shocked and amazed they were going to mail me a gift card for $15 I can’t buy anything on their website for $15. These units are going in the garbage along with the other units I purchased I’m going to be switching to a different security system with cameras that actually work. Wyze you need some help fix your junk and don’t make customers go through fiery hoops when into your products that are inferior and then don’t insult them by telling them you’re going to help them and send them a $15 gift card that won’t buy me a number three at McDonald’s. So disappointed I think I’m gonna take further steps just for the fun of it as I’ve already invested 03 hours

The worst piece of Garbage. I had 8 of the Wyze cameras and two Wyze Vacuums. All of the stopped working. There is no way you can get any help.Dont waste your money.

We bought Wyze security cameras when they first got started and they were great! Didn't have to pay month to month and they were easy to use. Loved their recorded instructions because I'm not techy. Recently, we wanted to use Wyze for our new place and, wow, what a difference a couple of years can make. YUCK!!! Their customer service is terrible. We had our previous cameras and were going to upgrade and use Wyze for our entire house, but working with their chat, their cameras, then their agents were extremely difficult. Most didn't communicate well, the setup was very complicated and we ended up going with another company because of it. The same day we purchased Wyze's service, we had to cancel. THEN Wyze charged us that month and then the next month - even though we CANCELED!! When I chatted to make sure they refunded us, they nicely agreed. Yet the NEXT DAY THEY CHARGED US AGAIN!! Then I called (screw chat!!) and while the agent was looking my email up, she "accidentally" hung up on me. I'm done. Wyze is not what it used to be. So sad, too, because I actually rooted for those guys. I'm definitely letting my friends and family know of their "demise" by putting this on my FB and all social media. I'd rather pay more and have better customer service than deal with that again!!!

Received a V3 bought from WYZE. Out of box failure WYZE CSR promised replacement but then started emailing me for all kinds of info. I took pic of Model # label. Then theyasked for proof of purchase. Sent pic of that. Last Friday, I emailed asking for status. Now they send me a survey. Buried in their terms & conditions is a waiver and hold harmless agreement. Terrible service, horrid company.

A long time ago i bought a handfull og cams from Wyze. All of them had a hardware issue with the Sound. Reading Forums i found out many others had the same issue, but nothing could be done about it. Now all the cams have stopped working. Again reading Forums it shows that lots of people has the same issue.. Wyze has claimed that they are trying to fix it, but after two month still no fix. Either wyze is incredibly incompetent or they refuse to fix the old cams on purpose. Either way 1 star even seems too much.. Update - after almost a year they released a version that fixes the issue - but it has to be flashed on each cam manually... But at least they work now

Best and easiest to use camera I've found. I can monitor my house and elderly parents at different locations all in one app. My 5 year old grandson can operate these cameras and devices with ease. Most reviews on here are from people who forget that you need to add a memory card to save video (common sense).

Every few days it says it's "off line". Too much trouble to keep reconnecting. Won't suggest anyone who really needs security (while checking from home) NOT to buy. If you don't mind connecting and reconnecting. BE VERY careful...

Guess should have read this as it is pathetic there customer support. have new camera that doesn't work and have been disconnected 5 times and still have not even gotten to the main problem
