They just abandon older products so to buy new ones. Dont Trust them. Crap company.

My system was offline for almost six months and nobody noticed. So much for monitoring. Thank god I changed services. Wyze never made me feel safe in my home.

At least 4-5 years ago, I rated this service THEE BEST simple security system that even replaces ADT! But now, it’s cameras are unstable, hardly loads real-time footage, not reliable and just isn’t worth the money they’re charging now.

Wyze cameras work okay, but not great. The real problem is their cloud subscription service, which does not work at all, and their refund policy, which I was told does not exist. I have 4 outdoor cameras that have not connected to the subscription since I've had it. I called customer service to troubleshoot, and after being forced to reset my password (which resulted in getting locked out of my account because the verification code never came), I asked for a full refund and was told the company does not give refunds. I have been waiting on hold for an unacceptably long time and it seems like they have no intention of responding to me. At this point, I consider Wyze to have stolen my money without providing the service I paid for.

I'm about ready to throw all four cameras and the base station in the trash. Less than a year old base and cameras. The base kept blinking blue, wouldn't connect to the internet. Wyze sent me a new one, it connects to the internet, but the app won't load to connect the cameras. I'm totally fed up with spending countless hours on this heap of garbage. Grrrrrr!!!!!!

The house was broken into; camera and footage stolen. Wyze did nothing about the camera; or subscription. They never helped find the last footage either. Worst experience ever; especially for a "security" company.

Been running a handful of v2 cams and a couple of watches for a few years. I agree with nearly all the complaints. As a camera, the cams are decent but the problem lies with shady software practices. The software is buggy, notifications nearly never push, if you want motion, person, package detection you have to subscribe to the service and you have to use specific software releases which may render useful features like RTSP useless. The watches are a joke and never receive notificatio s no matter how frequent you sync them. The company's focus is subscriptions not their products and certainly not customer support. If you just want a cheep cam to remote in on... they are a decent choice... if you want a cam to detect and capture motion... you either need a 100gb micro card in every cam $$$... or fall victim to the over priced sub model and cross your fingers the software version they are forcing has the features you want to use. Honestly, I'm going back to companies like everfocus and falconav.. my original closed circuit wired cam system has never had any issues, and since the late 90s the closed systems come with a portable web page for remote monitoring and playback. IM 100% DONE with wifi cams like wyze and nest... they are subscription companies, not camera/security companies and it shows.

The worst customer service! Terrible! Can’t understand the customer service representatives. If they don’t know they just hang up. It happen 4 times. Waisted an hour of my time. Don’t buy there cheap products. Waist of time and money.
