Wyze doesn't honor their 6 months free service with purchase agreement, then tries to rip you off with extra charges.. charged me 2.05 for a check up today even though my service is supposedly still free another month.

Good quality products at a fair price
Good quality products at a fair price. The support is excellent and they stand by their products.

I am a disabled Retired Infantryman…
I am a disabled Retired Infantryman that gave my blood sweat and tears for this country. I have lost my phone and got a new number and you are telling me all you can do is give me a 25 dollar gift certificate. I just want to protect my house and things in and out my house and you are telling me because you don't have the capability to help me that I have to pay more money to get the cameras and base station again!!!! That is why they have a 1.8 customer rating and ranked 44 in video surveillance. People please read and do not waste your money.

good idea, terrible products and service
I liked the idea of wyze cameras when they came out and bought a few. The problem is that they work sometimes, but are always offline whenever we need them to work. And when they go offline, you need to "power cycle" to reestablish connection -- not easy when you are trying to monitor your home while you're away.
I bought their robot vacuum when it first came out. It worked ok, not great, for almost two years. Then one day after cleaning a room, it turned off and refused to charge again. I followed the troubleshooting guidelines for the Stupid Consumer (is the charger plugged in? Are the electrodes touching?) with no luck, went through an exasperating customer service chat that basically went through the Stupid Consumer checklist, then was told my vacuum was out of warranty and they could give me a $20 coupon. No thanks, never want to touch any wyze products again. They can't even offer to sell a replacement battery? The worst.

I bought these when they first came out…
I bought these when they first came out and they were great for the money. I bought the annual unlimited Cam Plus subscription and I now have 8 cameras, two of those being outdoor cams with batteries and solar panels for charging. Needless to say I was all in with Wyze. I had one outdoor cam fail and after much back and forth they replaced it. Then 6 months later that one failed, but because my original warranty expired they would not replace the replacement. I have had 3 cameras fail in 2 years. They want me to buy new ones to replace their defective product. The company has gone astray and lost its focus on the core mission. All the other junk they sell under their name made by someone else is junk. Too much money for an unreliable product with poor customer service.

Where do I begin? Just plain horrible.
Wyze is just awful in every way possible. Most important to me is that they are so easily hackable. Do you really want to expose your family to all the sickos out there? They also have terrible quality cameras that do not perform as promised and are constantly going offline for no good reason. So you have to "recycle" at least one camera every couple of days when it goes offline, which is a major pain, only for it to happen all over again a couple of days later. One of my cameras is more often offline than online, and now they want to charge me for a subscription on that one.
Speaking of which, their subscriptions are a joke! I get nothing different whether I pay $39.99 a year for two cameras or not. And their agent treated me like I was lying, requiring that I send her a screenshot of my payment. I'm currently waiting for a refund from Google because Wyze said they "don't have the tools" to give me a refund - paid on their app - for their product - via Google Pay, which was an OPTION GIVEN BY THEIR APP. Just more wasted time that I should be working instead of dealing with this joke of a company's mess.
Then they have THE WORST customer service on the planet. I mean, THE WORST. Based in the Philippines, and having issues with both understanding and speaking English, they absolutely refuse to transfer you to a supervisor when they don't know what they're doing. You will waste an hour-plus on the phone with them, and 90% of the time, they will either be fake apologizing or putting you on hold. That is all they know how to do. They are totally useless.
I am done with Wyze. If its management is too cheap to make good products and too cheap to provide good support for those horrible products, then I'm done. There are way too many better options out there (Eufy, here I come!). I'm sorry I invested in 5 Wyze cameras and 2 subscriptions - all for nothing. But if this will help one person stay away from them, then my job is done. Wyze got greedy - too many low quality products with no support all at the same time. They need to have more respect for their customers. Since they don't, a lot of people are turning their backs on them, and they deserve it. Thanks for nothing, Dave! Enjoy your millions on the backs of hard-working ex-customers!

No customer support
Unfortunately, I too have to admit that having initially liked wyze because you weren’t forced to subscribe for services, have now made the mistake of subscribing and increasing my devices only to find that they will not perform as promised. The biggest issue is trying to get in touch with customer service. Your either on a terminal hold or exchanging messages with a bot. If you do get a live tech, it seems no different from working with a bot as they offer no solutions only repeat the same formula the bots did.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Honestly I used to like Wyze I liked the first camera I got from them. We had planned on getting the full outdoor camera system. I went to purchase it with shop pay cause we could not afford that all at once. Well the subscription service messed up the shop pay because shop doesn’t work on subscriptions just the equipment. I contacted them within an hour of the order being placed after I saw the full amount came through and asked them to cancel. They told me they COULDN’T cancel it because orders were processed shipped the same day. The next day I contact them cause I expected to have a tracking number at this point since they shipped it out so quickly but I didn’t so I contacted them again and asked them to cancel which they told me the order was still being processed. SO NOT SHIPPED RIGHT?!? It should absolutely be able to be cancelled. Now I have to wait till it get here and then send it back for refund! So now I hope I can figure out a way to get us out of the bind we are in cause it’ll be close to a month before this gets taken care of. I would rather pay more for a different camera system than use these products anymore. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
