This review is for Wyze Global but head office can also be included as they also were not interested in following up on a never delivered product. Ordered a camera on the 14th of December and despite multiple requests got nothing back from Wyze global except a couple of half hearted acknowledgments. Today is over a month later and still no sign. Was stupid enough to order a replacement after getting the bank to reverse the charges when Wyze would not and that's vanished as well. Never again

Love Wyze products when they work. Customer support is tedious. My recommendation is to purchase their products through Amazon. My last oder of a robo vacuum came with a dead power supply. Replacement out of stock so they wanted to offer me $4 credit or repackage on my dime and return the entire unit. Amazon would have had me just drop it off. Why should anyone purchase directly from the company when Amazon customer service is so much better. 2nd time I've had an issue with Wyze returns. Shame on me.

Pure junk, junk junk junk. I took it out of the box and it worked once then stopped working! I tried to reset, also called support they said "sorry like they all do..." brand new junk in a box. Do not buy!

Shameful & dishonest is what I can say about Wyze. Bundling free monthly service and using it as a way to steal money. I’ve had Wyze cameras for almost 5 years and this latest episode is enough. I’m disgusted by shady practices.

Service suks. Placed order 9 Hrs ago, email came with confirmation very quickly but no cancelation link or contact information how to reach them. Wanted to change the quantity of units order but apperently I can't . Chat support says can't cancel order, order that's hasn't been placed can't be canceled. These guys suck big time.

Terrible products I bought everything they made a 2-3 years ago I am down to just a vacuum. Everything else was broke or rendered unusable. Terrible company,products and customer service. Do not buy!!!

Cameras work well, but the Wyze App security plans are a scam. The App suggested that I upgrade plans due to the number of cameras I have. They upgraded my plan on 12/09/2023. Then instead of replacing the existing plan they charged me for a full year on the new plan in the amount of 107.66 in 12/11/2023 and then for the old subscription the amount of 108.74 on 12/14/2023 when that subscription was to be cancelled and replaced by the new. They will not credit me back and everyone I speak with tells me all sales are final. Poor customer service. Also with a language barrier the conversations are hard to get through. If you buy these cameras self monitor only. Do not pay for subscriptions.

Don't use this company.... Big-time scam. They have you sign up for their package using a promo/deal and not long after using their service and products they go kaput. Customer service is terrible! Basically their equipment is disposable so it's not worth going through the whole setup and install just for garbage equipment. Spend your money wisely on a better company.... I've spent hours trying to explain to customer service and just a merry go round situation, waste of time!!!!
