WeTravel is a great product. It offers loads of functions and is quite easy to navigate, while the fee structure is fair. I mainly interact with AE Nadine Gregorio for my experience with WeTravel. She is professional and super helpful. I enjoyed her periodic check-ins and helping me brainstorm ideas to offer a better experience to participants. She deserves a raise!

WeTravel is an awesome tool for our Conservation Tourism. Collaborating with Oscar Chapman from WeTravel has been an absolute pleasure. Oscar contacted me just at the right moment when I was researching vendors for our sales and booking management. His patience coupled with his ability to accommodate requests has been truly remarkable. Throughout the process of business validation and implementation, Oscar made sure all my questions were answered. He has devoted an invaluable number of hours consulting with us. What once was a time-consuming process - handling booking requests and payments - has been significantly eased. This change has also added an air of professionalism to our brand and websites. I have no hesitation in recommending Oscar and WeTravel as a booking and payment platform.

You guys don't even deserve that one star.we booked a long time ago ,we've been calling ,sending whatsapp texts and emails ,no one wants to attend us.only today I get a call that says the trip is canceled but I'm supposed to leave on Friday. Your explanation is that the number of people does not make business sense ,so you don't care about the people who already paid.you don't even have a strategic plan to set a date that will help you decide if you will be able to deliver or not.you waisted our money and time ,you don't even care about the inconvenience you caused .you decide to cancel the trip 2 days before but you have the nerve to say if we cancel within a certain period of time we won't get our money back

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We are sorry about your recent experience with your trip. Please note that WeTravel is the payment service used by your travel provider and we are not authorized to issue refunds on behalf of the travel organizer. Each trip organizer appoints WeTravel as a limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting the trip cost from travelers, while the determination of cancellation policies and issuing of the refunds is a complete responsibility of the trip organizer. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest contacting your trip provider to inquire further about the status of your refund. We genuinely hope that this will be resolved without any further delays. The WeTravel Team

Hi Matty, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the negative experience you had during your stag party. Please be informed that your travel provider uses WeTravel for booking and payment services. As a result, we do not have access to your specific purchase details, and we cannot view your agreement with the organizer. WeTravel is only appointed by the trip organizer as a limited payment collection agent to accept the cost of the trip from travelers. We have had two interactions with we travel and are not impressed! In the first instance they added $100 to take a payment and in the second, they turned our purchase of ferry tickets over to middle men who have eaten up half our day! Poor service and we still do not have our tickets despite buying them months ago! Buyer beware! I would not use we travel again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and suggest contacting your trip provider to further inquire about the status of your ferry tickets. We sincerely hope that this issue has been or will be resolved without any further delays. The WeTravel Team

Katie Tom was great. Other are helpgul too, lots of back and forth with the verification process which is good for the safety of our funds. However, I recently initiated a wire transfer to my bank of $10K and didn't have it delivered and no communication for several days until I found it it was never deposited and was told need to link my bank again and all that. Just wondering how could they say transfer successful without anyone reaching out to us to let us know we need to add the bank AGAIN. As far as trip planning its a solid 5 star. MOney transfer...soh soh, still waiting to see
