Jen and I met in person years ago when I was trying to decide whether WeTravel was right for my business - she was helpful and kind, not to mention knowledgable. It's been wonderful to work with Zofia Lutisanova! I was surprised to get a call from her weeks ago, just after I started building my 2023 season in WeTravel. To have easy access to an account representative available and walk me through this entire process was NOT something I expected, but have been delighted with! Literally could not have done this without her support. Every question I had has been answered, either same day or with a day or two, and she had a great knowledge of workarounds and solutions for my trickier questions. She knows this platform well. On a more personal note, there's always grumpy days when tech issues just make you wanna pull your hair out, and even through those days Zofia was upbeat, accessible and reassuring. I'm very happy with what WeTravel offers my business, and happy that it continues to evolve in response to client suggestions as well.
