Being a new user of We Travel, Oscar made the whole process very simple, from training to hand-holding, his assistance was terrific and although I had expected the time needed to set up and start using the system to be long, it was actually very straightforward and simple, taking far less effort than anticipated. Super easy to integrate and use, we are new and actually made some bookings since we use wetravel :) Support is 10/10, Oscar is great guide, patient and super nice, explained everything in detail and gave so many useful advices, always there to answer any questions.

Wetravel is just amazing, after dealing with greedy stinky bokun who decided to force a monthly payment on travel companies during covid I decided not to continue with them and after a while of checking i found wetravel, and scheduled a demo with lovely Marie Nzokirishaka who showed me all about the system in a simple and organised way I was ready to work. Submitted our documents for verification and got verified shortly after and with no time to spare I moved all our tours to their platform and easily embedded them to our website. And the best part, no more 8% transactions fees from PayPal. Just completed 2 months with them and moved around 25k with no problems what so ever.

We tried to set up a demo on behalf of client who is an established travel company. WeTravel software looked good up to a point, but when we then tried to verify the account to test the booking process end to end, the account was immediately closed/blocked and we received an extremely curt email. We reached out to our account handler but she was unable to help. She recommended that we contact WeTravel and explain our situation. We then received an even more rude and aggressive email that was basically a Cease and Desist notice. Absolutely floored by this. We have worked with all kinds of clients and booking systems and they have all been helpful, supportive and accommodating. This situation is simply bizarre. It's a shame because on face value it looks like a good system, but I can't let this one go without warning people. Please don't waste your time evaluating this, setting up trips and lots of content before you've achieved verification. I can't lie - my nose is well and truly out of joint - and it seems very unfairly so.

My business is just starting. I do agree that they take your information and when they deny you they give no reason as to why or allow you to fix whatever they needed to continue the review. I received several condescending emails and was immediately shut down. “ Hi Jamie,  In line with international regulatory practices and our legal obligations as a payment processor, WeTravel cannot disclose the reason(s) for issuing Denial of Service. We consider your case closed, and we hold the right to cease all communication with you and your business. Be careful with this platform and if your business is new just take it somewhere else. I’ve never written a review but I also have never dealt with this kind of bad customer service.

Great support from Elina for this great service, she made the ondoarding process as smooth as possible and stayed with me step by step and was there for any questions we had.

So far so good. Excellent training staff who don't bamboozle you with tech terms which makes everything easy to use and understand. I know i'm only scratching the surface with this programme but enjoying the journey so far.
