I can’t wait to give my son this personalized painting of our dog, Calvin. We had to put Calvin down around Thanksgiving and this will be a treasured memento forever. It came on time and looks great! We have ordered form West & Willow and both times we have been very pleased with the pictures.

A Christmas gift that still isn’t here. I rcvd notice Dec 16 that it was ready to ship. Rcvd a tracking number that doesn’t work. Sent support requests and all I get back is we are looking into this. How hard is it to say you lost it. Screwed it up. Whatever. I won’t shop here again and I will certainly spread the word.

Customer service was no help at all. There has also been zero communication since order placement over a week ago. I used West and Willow a few years ago and had a great experience so decided to use them again for a birthday gift. They have significantly gone down hill. No longer offering proofs. No communication. And when something on the website glitched, customer service was zero help and just shrugged it off like “that’s your problem”. If I would have known my second experience with them would be this poor I never would have ordered.

Hi Jenn, We are very sorry about that. Upon checking, your order is on its way! Please check your email for the tracking details.

The artistry of the pictures were amazing. Brought tears to eyes. My only comment is that one of the frame hangers was attached upside down. We were able to fix it but not everyone may have the tools to do so.

Hi Rachel, Thank you so much for the positive feedback, despite the issue with your portrait! We're so happy to have you as a member of the West & Willow family! 🎉

I ordered a personalized pet portrait (12x16) of our black lab for my husband for Christmas. The quality of the portrait and the accuracy is amazing! The picture captured his eye color and whiskery face perfectly! I’m glad I decided to order it as a last minute gift and have been recommending it to all of my friends and family. It is a picture we’ll cherish forever!

Art was terrible, customer service made extremely underwhelming efforts to fix, and ultimately piece was never received and is not yet refunded, despite two requests. Would never recommend.
