My portrait of our beloved cat is so lovely. It captures the look that he has given us so often. We both adore it. The only advice that I would give is to better consider backgrounds. Our cat is black and white and I chose the white background. In order to differentiate, the artist had to make some of his fur grey-ish. It isn't exact, but that was my fault. Think that over before ordering.

Fantastic service and product. There was an issue with the frame upon arrival due to shipping and after contacting the support team, they had a second one on the way, frame and photo! I used my item as a gift and it caused tears…beautiful product and company!

I’ve made a couple of these and have loved them all so far, but in all honesty, I always have a bit of anxiety. I wish that we could upload 2 photos of each dog. The work has always been pretty spot on with the pictures of the dogs, but just for my own sanity, it would be nice to upload 2 headshots per dog.

I ordered a blanket with pictures on it that was not up to hundred percent standards in the picture quality. I actually sent in a email and from there not much of a response back into fixing the problem. I emailed them a second time about the issue and still no response back, it would be nice if I can get a refund

Easy to order. Haven’t had to use customer service but I am very excited to get this art of my little girl!

I ordered a portrait on 11/30 and have not received the portrait as of 12/28. I have emailed the company 3 times and have not received a reply or anything.

Customer care and communication was great, and making my satisfaction a priority is above exceptional.

The process for this was so easy. Very happy with the way they were able to capture the personalities of my pets with just one photo of each.
