Had too re order blankets due to poor quality. Specifically asked for red in both orders and was sent white both times. Have only been sent one blanket at this point and the quality is not as advertised. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have used this company a few times now, we love them. The artist’s always do wonderfully work.

Prompt service and great customer service

The picture of my dog was perfect. His is happy,life like,and crazy eyed just like in real life. Captured my doodle perfectly. 5 🌟

They made a mistake in the art and they completely remade the art and shipped. Good customer service and owned up to a mistake.

The delivery date was not met and gift did not arrive in time for Christmas. Then when I checked it said the order was canceled. Upon reaching out they did acknowledge that they had issue with their vendor and it would be arriving in the next few weeks. Company was reactive not proactive in communicating their issues which is disappointing and to order the digital download took a second transaction.

This is our second time purchasing art from West & Williow and we have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism both times.

West & Willow executed an amazing portrait of my late dog who passed away in August as well as my new dog that we got in September. This was a gift for my parents for Christmas and it turned out beautiful. It touched their hearts and a few tears were definitely shed. It was so beautiful to see them in the same portrait together. Although I was a bit nervous that the portrait would not arrive on time (I live in Canada), Bianka from customer service helped me out greatly and answered all of my questions. The tracking information also reassured me and the portrait arrived well before Christmas. Thank you again!
