Save your money. My pet portrait was delivered with my dogs tongue coming out of his nose. Clearly not quality controlled. No refund was given and a replacement print is more than 14 days late, leaving me without a gift for a family member. Incredibly poor service, poor quality and an overall incredibly negative experience. Spend your money elsewhere. Edit: ORDER #350973

the frame and the background are very nice we were disappointed in the actual likeness of the dog and the size of the likeness. Libby is a 85 lb yellow lab and the picture we sent in shows her sitting up and facing the camera. it is not how we picture her.

Picture turned out perfect— I had a small issue with the frame and I was very quickly sent a replacement. Customer support very easy to access/use. Would highly recommend to others!!

I placed my order on December 23rd and realized I had the wrong shipping address. I emailed customer service within two minutes of placing my orderand didn’t hear back until December 30th. I was told that there’s nothing they can do because they start working on the orders immediately. Then it was suggested that I contact UPS myself and have the order rerouted which I did but they couldn’t help me yet because the order hasn’t made it to UPS yet. So apparently the artist work round the clock but no one else does.

Everything! This is a present for my father, of his beloved Chocolate Labrador Izzy. I received a digital portrait of a Black Labrador! Also, I am completely disappointed in the artistic representation. It doesn’t compare to the images you advertise. I feel as though, the images you advertise are not a true representation of the quality of the piece I received. Bait and switch.

Update 3/19/23: Following my initial review I was contacted by West and Willow, wanting to improve my experience with them. Maria from customer service was great and we were able to get an updated picture of our dog that we were happy with. It took a little bit, but big thanks to Maria for all of the help. It's a tough situation. It would be hard for West & Willow to continually provide artist images before printing as I'm sure every customer would have lots so tweaks. Also tough though to get the full size portrait in the mail and not be happy with it. Maybe a partial fee to preview/adjust the image before printing? Original: This is a very cool idea. Unfortunately the rendering ended up looking nothing like my dog. He’s got a tan and pink spotted nose and in the art we received he has a jet black nose. Hard to recommend when the most distinctive feature on his face is completely wrong. I was a little hesitant on ordering due to the fact that you can’t see the rendering before printing/shipping. Now we have something we wouldn’t put up anywhere.

I paid an extra $15 to skip the line and have my order be completed promptly. 2 weeks after placing my order, West & Willow reached out to me to tell me that there was an error when I uploaded my photo and they didn’t receive it. If my order skipped the line like it was supposed to, I should have been notified way earlier than 2 weeks. Do not pay extra to skip the line, it’s a scam. Update: They refunded me for skipping the line after posting this review. I appreciate their dedication to mend the situation! They must get many other orders paying to skip the line. The item was delivered about a month after I placed the order, which was typical delivery time for not paying to skip. The item arrived in good condition and the art was well done!
