Wonderful!! Second time ordering from West and Willow, and it’s just such an easy smooth experience that clearly details everything needed for a great portrait. Last one came out better than I imagined and I’m sure this one will too! Customer service is quick to respond and answers in a personal manner, not some automated response. Overall a complete delight to order from here.

After my order arrived looking a less less than desirable (some special requests were missing), I contacted the support team who got back to me right away. We discussed what exactly I was not happy with, and came to a decision to replace the photo used for 1 of my 3 dogs. This time around, I was sent artwork to approve before my replacement order went to print and shortly after that my new order was received looking absolutely FANTASTIC. The customer service I received was beyond amazing and I am in love with the final product!
