Never received proof before order was shipped. Told them what was wrong; didn’t fix it In first fix.. didn’t take into account any of my feedback. Second fix was acceptable but still not Perfect. Gave up. This was a Christmas gift and had to give it looking terrible, couldn’t continue to wait. Timelines were inaccurate for responses. Wouldn’t order again

My piece arrived damaged and the photo depicted my son’s dog with a sleepy eye. Customer service responded but did not adhere to both issues. They replaced the damaged frame but the picture was exactly the same. The photo issue was completely obliterated. It’s obvious that the photo of your pet is just used to identify the breed; and then a default picture is used. I guess you’re lucky if it happens to look like your dog. Mine didn’t. Very disappointed.

Well after a 3rd try the print was finally corrected. Please save your money this stuff is very low quality. Frame is very low end like you get at a dollar store. Definitely not gallery quality like they claim on their website. They very cowardly only respond through emails and will not refund money. They say due to the customization nature of the product. Well if its messed up and I ask for my money back after 2 prints being messed up I should get a refund. Still will go for a refund and will seek legal counsel for it. Do Not Buy! I actually have an document stating refunded on it. Just a bunch of people reading boiler plate answers.

I absolutely love my photos! They are so beautifully done!

My order was unframed and came in badly creased but when I contacted the company I got a quick and positive response and was given a new poster. However the new one came and it has a few creases-not the extend of the first one-but still not what I expected. I will accept it and live with it but would recommend that you don’t order just a poster. I only ordered the poster because I own a frame shop and wanted to frame it myself. But lesson learned. And there was no indication of the package being dented.

I paid ten dollars extra for a walnut frame and what arrived was just the plain white frame.
