Submitted a replacement form in addition to this, yet to hear back. The custom photo on the phone case arrived damaged and scuffed. After 2 days of use it became even more damaged. Poor quality and design, it should be printed on the inside.

This company did the best job of putting together my in laws pet portrait. They got every detail of the the dogs and cat. I tried My best to send photos but dogs don’t sit still and they still did the best Job!!! Love it!!!

I was really excited to receive my dog's portrait, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. He is a black lab (so I get it-- he's black), but there was hardly any reflection points, shadows, or color variations in his fur, much less than in the picture I uploaded, so his portrait is very muted.

I cannot believe how well my portrait of my pet turned out. I would suggest them to anybody who loves their pets as much as i do!

The name of the pet was misspelled and is now taking longer than expected to receive the corrected item. Purchased a digital copy that never arrived. Update: Ordered on Dec 4, 2022. Have not received item as of Jan 16, 2023. West & Willow Support said they will check on the order. I have not heard back from them.

My experience was interesting. When I first received my product I was incredibly disappointed. I immediately reached out to customer service and they quickly connected me to a customer satisfaction specialist who worked with me on creating a new proof. The new proof looked significantly better, and after confirming it, they swiftly sent me a great replacement. My partner and I have it hanging in our kitchen and are very happy with how it looks. It is unfortunate that the first proof was, for a lack of a better word, just bad - however, it is nice that they happily worked with me to get what we wanted. So overall, it was more headache than I expected (granted it was during Black Friday and the Holidays), but we are very happy with the end product. So, yes, I would suggest West & Willow to a friend or colleague and I am generally happy with my experience.
