Great customer service! I ordered 2 of these for family for Christmas. One arrived perfect but the 2nd was not (the artwork was a bit off and the print itself was wrinkled inside the frame). I emailed them photos of the issues and they immediately corrected all the issues and sent a replacement. I understand sometimes things go wrong but it's how they are corrected that's important and this company was A+! I literally just received the replacement today and it's PERFECT! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future- and the most important part, the recipients LOVED them!

Although I was not pleased with first rendition I got, West & Willow responded to my very quickly and asked how they could make things better. I just got my new/replacement photo and it's SO much better. Thanks W&W!

My experience with west & willow has been terrible. My initial order came damaged and the prints were too dark to even see the dog. Communication is a nightmare and almost a month after Christmas I still do not have my correct items. I have asked for a refund and they will not honor that, but they are also not sending my CORRECT order. I’m about to give up but this was not cheap. I do not recommend them.

Poor quality and poor customer service… Poor quality and poor customer service - DO NOT GET THE BLANKET - it’s terrible cheap quality and they messed up an entire order, got the wrong dog and wrong colour for the blanket and then they tried to offer me a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of the correct dog with 30% off my next purchase LMAOOOOOO this company is JOKES

I ordered a painting as a Christmas gift and she was very pleased! The only thing I would say is don’t expect more of a realistic, lifelike art piece. After scrolling through the reviews and seeing other customers paintings, I feel I was slightly mislead. Some seemed more detailed as others a bit more cartoony if that makes sense. There were a couple distinctive markings left out on the artwork I ordered, but overall I was very satisfied. I ended up contacting customer support and filing a request for an edit. I submitted a detailed message explaining what I thought could use some adjustments. They quickly approved the edit and sent me a preview before sending me a replacement free of charge. I was even allowed to keep the old one! Would definitely order from here again.
