I received an email saying that I was given a discount for $50 on 1/21/23 after I spent $69.82 on a phone case ($50) and a digital download of the portrait ($10) on 1/17/23. There wasn't a reason given why. I haven't actually received any money back and if I did, I would have hoped it would have been the full amount of $69.82 and not just $50. I'm assuming the email with the discount of $50 means my order was cancelled? I would have appreciated better communication

The original design mailed to me was not accurate with the photo I submitted. But Roxanne was very patient with me and I ended up receiving a design that I love. I’m very happy with the level of customer service and the final product.

I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I received my first portrait as a gift and loved it! I then decided I wanted a memorial portrait of pets we had over twenty years. When I received it, I was not happy with one of the pets portrait. I reached out to the company and received the best customer support I've experienced in a very long time. Their artist team tweaked the portrait based on my feedback and I am very pleased.
