When we first received our prints, we were a bit disappointed by how our dog's print came out because it didn't quite look like him and our cat's eye color was too dark. I filed a ticket with West & Willow and very quickly I received a response. Their customer service was always very polite and communicative, checking in with me consistently even when the updated prints weren't ready. It was the busy holiday period, so it was totally understandable that a bit more time was needed. When we received our updated proofs, we were really pleased with the results. I'd definitely recommend West & Willow to friends, and we've already ordered another as a gift!

I was sent the wrong photo. It’s been over 6 weeks and even though i’ve been very proactive to ask for updates, i receive one email response a week thanking me for my patience but without any timeline of when i’ll receive my father’s christmas gift, and its now a month past christmas.

Order placement and shipping very effective.

I ordered two pictures of my dogs but was disappointed when I got them. I reached out to customer service and they offered to re-create the art. They sent me additional pictures at no additional cost. They were so nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company!

We have received the replacement order. The artwork is better, but the frame doesn't join at the corners. Photos already sent to support I appreciate that items can get damaged in transit, but shipping a frame that doesn't even join at the corners shows that there is no quality controls before orders go out of the warehouse. And having paid $147 for this, I'm disappointed as we will have to have the artwork reframed. I would have expected better quality for you for the price. I really tried to ignore the negative reviews online, but I should have listened to them. I'll be honest with you; this experience has taught me that I should never buy anything I've seen in an Instagram advert again. It's just not worth it.

Ordered a full size print of my sister's dog for her Birthday. Was shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition. I am very impressed by the design that they created from the picture I supplied. I love how they included small details with the fur of the dog.
