The website clearly states collar will be removed in portrait. It was NOT removed. Customer service is horrible. Do not order from them.

The piece was beautiful, but the savage people who packed it damaged and creased it so badly it looked like it had been to war. Very disappointed. Most importantly it missed my and my dog’s birthday party where it was going to be displayed….very sad. They also take forever to send you the replacement. $100 piece of paper that was more worthless than paper towel. Oh, and you don’t even get to see what your dogs look like until it’s in your home. There should definitely be a proof process where you sign off on your dog’s rendering.

I ordered a pet portrait of my daughter's Yorkie who had recently passed. He was her first pet and the sweetest little pup with huge (oversized) ears and big black-button eyes. When the portrait arrived, I was disappointed as it didn't reflect the true essence of this wonderful little creature. West & Willow went the extra mile to adjust the portrait until it was the perfect representation of this wonderful pet. I can't wait to give it to my daughter. THANK YOU!
