My original order was wrong and it was a 12x14 frame, now you sent me the right picture smaller frame . I paid for a 12x14. Hopefully you can send me what I paid for!!!!!!!!

Ordered a custom portrait after our dog passed away. The shipment never made it to us and West and Willow sent us another portrait free of charge. We still have yet to receive our (second) print but do have the digital image in the meantime.

I’m really upset about how my art turned out. The fur color of one of my dogs turned out completely wrong. If you look at the picture of my dog I submitted it is so clearly wrong (they made my dog black when it is brown). Seems like no time or effort went into double checking if the art was correct. I ordered my art way in advance to ensure that I got it in time for my moms birthday. It is a portrait of her two dogs who both passed away last year. It is looking like now she won’t get it unless this is corrected and shipped to me within a weeks time. Wondering why I was prompted for a tip (and left one) if to time is being put into determining accuracy.

My portrait came within 2 weeks of ordering. The artist does amazing work.

The picture of Leo was great. The one of Bella who is brown/dark came in grey and we do not feel it looks like her at all. We had shipped to our Florida home so just opened now.

Super easy to order, load images, etc. I do wish there was a lighter gray background. My dog is white with a chocolate head, so I did not want to go with the white background. The charcoal gray, while I love it, is really too dark for his head to show well. Frame could be a bit better for the price.
