Easy to navigate and upload the photo

I love this company! I received my prints very soon after ordering. 😁 Unfortunately, I'd sent too dark of a photo for one of my prints & they were more than happy to edit & adjust the coloring for me & send out a replacement. Excellent customer service (thank you, Juan!) & the design team did a great job! Definitely 5 stars!

Very easy and informative ordering process

First, the frame is a cheaper quality that I expected, considering the price. Two of the little clips in the frame were not closed properly, so I had to undo several of the clips to set it correctly. This caused the actual print to tear. I also would have loved more communication from the artist, or an option to submit 2 or 3 photos and have them suggest which is best. I also paid for a digital photo that I haven't received yet.

The web site is very easy to navigate. Simple to follow instructions.

My order never came in.

It seems weird that they do not provide any kind of proof or approval process before printing. We ordered a print with our three dogs right after Thanksgiving. Honestly, the first one was awful. One dog looked pretty good, the other two looked liked 2D kindergarten drawings. Not even like our dogs. We submitted our concern and they worked with us to make it right, which I do appreciate. However, it took multiple versions because they would only address certain parts left one dog totally untouched. It’s now February and it’s just been reshipped. The process was exhausting and frustrating so we finally just said ‘good enough’. I would not order again because it took so much effort on our part.
