Absolutely worst experience with customer service. The quality of the product has went down and the artwork is Absolutely garbage! It took 3 months for a resolution and would not give a refund. Takes a full week to get a response from customer service and there is no phone number to speak to a human being. I reached out to the better business bureau because this company is a scam.

I sent a framed picture as a gift to my daughter-in-law. I was a bit nervous with not seeing a preview of the final product- but it was wonderful! A friend had received one of her dogs for Christmas and it was adorable, so I knew it could be well done. The process was quite easy. I paid the skip the line fee and it was all done and arrived with 10 days.

The process was very easy! I was surprised at how fast it was completed, and shipped. The finished product is perfect, it really captured our sweet boy's personality!

Absolutely perfect. My friend ordered me a portrait of my recently passed dog and it is spot on. I knew immediately what photo it was. I reached out to thank West & Willow and got a response quickly. Many of my friends and colleagues who have seen the portrait are ordering their own.
