West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Turned our great. Looks like picture

Purchasing and shipping was great (5 stars) but I was a little disappointed on how it turned out. I wish I can “preview” the painting before hand.

Absolutely one of the best pictures I’ve ever had done of our dog Molly. Beyond impressed with West and Willow!!!! Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a piece of fur baby art.

Excellent customer service - super friendly, responsive and helpful. I ordered a pet portrait for the first time through this company and when I received my order I was very disappointed. I reached out to their customer service and they were sincere and adamant about making sure a replacement portrait was done and done right. They sent me a proof and the image looked SO MUCH BETTER. I confirmed and recieved the replacement portrait within a few days. The original I was told to keep so I donated it to my church. Overall, this company has proven that customer satisfaction is their top priority! I would certainly order from then again. One hope I have is that they will add an option for you to view a proof of your portrait before they print it.

Super cute picture of our two Doberman

Great pictures

You have done two portraits for me already. You really captured their personalities

Lovely products and great customer service.
