Easy guide on website to follow to help use the right photo. Within a week I was advised the picture is being shipped. The reason for 4 stars is that during the process it showed I was eligible for free shipping but at checkout it showed I was paying for shipping. After contacting customer service they explained the total cost before tax wasn't eligible for free shipping. I think they have to get that right before you go to checkout. This is my 2nd picture and the quality is excellent.

I ordered a picture of my dog. When I received it, I wasn't happy. I reached out to customer service and they completely redid the picture to my liking. Very pleasant as well!

Process very easy. Simple and fast. My only concern is that I am not 100% sure that my photo was uploaded. I guess you will call me if there's a problem.

Amazing company with excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service and response! My first order did not match the color/shading of my dogs chin area. They corrected and sent me a new picture, which is perfect and I LOVE. I just hung it on my wall and it puts a smile on my face every time I look at it! I highly recommend and will consider getting as gifts for friends and family of there pets…

Super easy checkout process!!

I ordered a picture of my son's cats for his birthday. While the images were spot on the colour of one of his cats was very off. I contacted customer service regarding the colour ( they are orange tabby cats and one of them was not beige and brown in the picture). I received a response promptly and a revised image for my approval which satisfied my complaint. I am really appreciative they were so service oriented and plan on ordering more prints for family now that I know they stand behind their work!
