The photo I received made my dog appear much stockier and as if she had long hair. Have a hard time seeing this resemble my pup. Will not be recommending

There was an issues with my first print. The team from West & Willow went back to their drawing board and re did the portrait of my fur babies. I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to hang it. Customer service was very kind and made sure they got the little details. 10/10 recommend

Very good experience - I forgot to apply my coupon and emailed the contact . Within a half hour I had a reply and my coupon applied . The picture is lovely! It’s our beautiful golden we lost after 14 years.

I purchased the portrait of 3 animals and a cell phone case for my boyfriend. It turned out great! I can’t wait to give it to my boyfriend!

Pretty much self guided and would have liked to have an in the spot chat as I’m surprised that only one size is offered . I would have liked to order a larger photo but didn’t see the option although site shows customers holding larger sizes
