The whole process was easy and I was able to place my order from a phone without a problem. The only thing is that you do not get to see a sample of the final product so that was the only issue I found. It is not cheap but the frame and portrait is beautifully done and really captured my dog’s cute expression!

I kept seeing ads on social media for pet portraits and finally took the plunge. It was easy to order my portrait and I am happy with the results. Only wish the order included a picture hanger. Otherwise, I recommend this product!

We just love our picture of our minigoldendoodle Sparky. I cannot wait to put it up on our wall! Thank you W&W!

The product looks amazing just like I wanted it and it was here way earlier than expected very pleased with that. Highly recommend.

Disappointed from the start. I was given a gift certificate, didnt want the product and within 24 hours of purchase I asked the company to refund to the gift giver. I reached out to the company 3 different ways over a week before I got a canned response. I offered to have them keep credit card fee costs, still no refund. Since no refund would happen, I ordered a picture and the first one was delivered damaged. The frame itself is pressed cardboard not wood with thin plexiglass, not real glass. The company did send another and I havent opened it yet as I have no excitement or happy feelings attached to such a lousy experience. W&W, I received an email asking me to be on the lookout for another email regarding this review, I still havent received it...and I replied to the email advising I hadnt gotten another one. This really drives home the level of customer service that started this mess.

I ordered a picture, which was beautiful, but arrived slightly wrinkled. The company reached right out to me and the picture was replaced. Thank you so much.
