Easy ordering & quick shipment. The shipment was packed well and arrived sooner than expected. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't look at the drawing. It is packed up so well and didn't want to undo it all since this is a Christmas present. Maybe when sending you could face the drawing out so that you can see it and be able to repackage it up if you are giving as a gift.

Terrible they spelled name wrong and my dog a original picture hat on him ..portrait nothing and they said well sometimes details are taken out they took out an entire hat and won’t give me refund battling with them ridiculous don’t waste your time and money scam company beware !!!!!!
