The team refuses to understand the mistake in the items that were shipped. They keep think I am telling them the pictures are incorrect - but I am telling them it is the text that is incorrect. Very confused why they are not seeing the issue. I have sent multiple pictures, side by sides, and now am sending it with a red circle around it. Customer service has gone down to zero. I don't recommending anyone order from here unless you have all the time in the world to direct the team on how to do their jobs. Just horrible.

I never received my photo. I did receive an email 2 weeks after I placed the order that they were working on it but it didn’t have an actual order number. I’ve tried to call but you don’t provide a phone number. I sent a couple of emails but no reply. I honestly hope I haven’t been ripped off. This is a picture of my incredibly loved dog who passed away and I’m devastated and hope you wouldn’t take advantage of people that way.
