Beautiful portrait of my pup, brought me to tears.

First order was totally off color. Still not quite sure how that happened but they did a good job reproducing the correct portrait. Unsure of I would go with this company a second time based on that. I did have to wait awhile longer to get the right one.

I ordered a print of my dog who recently passed to have a unique memory of him and it came out beautifully, he looks like a Disney character. It reflects all the joy my beautiful dog brought me, all in one print.

I ordered a third portrait from them, and when it arrived and needed some adjustments, the process of getting a new portrait was painless and simple. I appreciated their assistance and willingness to help.

I love the portraits of my dogs but I am very upset and displeased that you put a white chest on my black shepherd. He is completely black, no white! I wish it could be fixed. Otherwise the portraits are perfect.

So my item was lost during shipping , and I contacted their support and they got back to me right away unlike many other companies that take forever to follow up. A replacement was instantly shipped to me, I never leave reviews but this is some holy amazing customer service , thank you so much !
