Received my second picture and still the frame is not fully merged on the corners. There’s big gaps on the corners. Customer service emailed me today. I tell them the issue with the cheap frame. No answer. Honestly, I’d just like to be refunded instead of getting replacements and problem not fixed. **Order number 414594**

Easy ordering! I received a picture from west and willow for Christmas, and I fell in love with it… decided to gift one to my Cousin as a surprise with her two babies!

Due to my dogs having black fur… it is/was hard to capture details. One dog has no eye showing. I guess the interpretation was that it blended in with her fur. I am pretty disappointed in that main detail missing as $120.00 plus tax is quite a bit of money for this kind of framed photo image. If they added the dog collars to the art work that would have also brought some interest to the piece.

Zero communication, no order number or confirmation provided after the order was placed (and paid for) over a week ago. The company claims they send you info after 5-7 days and it’s past that now. I’m concerned it’s a scam and just grateful I didn’t spend a lot. But I wouldn’t do business with them again after such poor customer communication even if it does turn out to be legit.

I purchased a picture and digital download about 4 weeks ago and I haven’t received anything yet except runaround. No approximate delivery date but just requests for patience. Such a disappointing experience.
